Position: Intramurals/Fitness Center Manager Intern

Start Date: August 1

End Date: May 31

Pay: $1000 per month; no benefits

Required: Bachelor's Degree; Strong management and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Reports directly to the Coordinator of Intramurals and Recreation
• Will work closely with the Coordinator to:
  -Hire, train and evaluate Intramural staff of over 75 student employees
  -Oversee the scheduling of Intramural games and tournaments
  -Maintain inventory of Intramural Equipment
  -Conduct captain and employee meetings
  -Maintain Intramural records
  -Maintain the Intramural Website
  
• Responsible for assisting in the management of the student Fitness Centers and other Varsity Athletic events when necessary
• Must be willing to work some nights and weekends
